Stratum Data Centers develops GPU-ready, immersion-cooled modular data centers on vetted, site-ready regions. The platform assembles what the market keeps failing to put in one place: a finished engineered design, an evaluated site pipeline, pre-sourced equipment, and deal structures an investor or an operator can actually sign.
The design and construction backbone of the platform is ES Development & Management, Corp. (ESDMC), a commercial general contractor with offices in West Boylston, Massachusetts and Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and a dedicated data center division. ESDMC's team brings decades of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure delivery, and its data center division authored the Stratum design criteria: the engineering discipline behind every number on this site.
Stratum operates in association with Prime Solves, the capital platform. Prime Solves brings the investor relationships and financing structures that let Stratum offer both paths on every deal: buy the build-out, or finance it and keep your capital in hardware.
